General Introduction of Calcium Nitrate:
Calcium Nitrate is a mineral and chemical compound with the Ca(NO3)2 formula. This colorless salt absorbs moisture and is usually found as trihydrate too.
It is supplied in the form of powder and white crystal with low solubility and it is mostly used in agriculture.

Calcium Nitrate is a mineral and chemical compound with the Ca(NO3)2 formula. This colorless salt absorbs moisture and is usually found as trihydrate too.
It is supplied in the form of powder and white crystal with low solubility and it is mostly used in agriculture.
– Usage:
- In Agricultural Industries: It is used as one of the nitrate fertilizers and one of the best fertilize sources for regulating acidity in greenhouses and farms which is one of the factors in improving plants with some plants diseases.
- In Water Purification Industries: It is used as one of the factors for cleaning and improving the smell and taste in the pre-purification stage of water.
- In Concrete Industries: It is used as one on the salt compounds in some concretes.
- In Health Industries: It is used as a cooling agent in cooling treatment packages.
– Instruction for Use:
Very important: generally, plants need different amount of calcium nitrate fertilizer considering the amount of demand materials and soil acidity, therefore ask relevant specialists about the amount and frequency of use before using, and what that is written on the package is only the minimum amount of use and according to average consumption considering the optimal plants growth report, is collected and provided to you.
– Maintenance:
Keep in dry and cool place, out of interaction with other chemical materials such as acids and corrosive substances.
Do not expose to sunlight and direct heat.
Consume up to two years after production.
Warnings:
- Avoid taking the material orally, in the case of swallow seek medical advice as soon as possible.
- In the case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice as soon as possible. (its dust causes temporary damage to eyes)
- Avoid mixing with acidic or corrosive chemical materials.
- Prevent water or steam from reaching the product.
- In the case of failure to follow safety tips and causing fire, the resultant fire is a chemical fire and should not be extinguished with water only.
