– Usage:

  • Heat Transfer in Electricity Industries: Sodium nitrate is used in solar power stations along whit calcium nitrate and potassium nitrate for restoring and transferring heat.
A mixture of sodium nitrate, calcium nitrate and potassium nitrate are used in some plant-likes as a storage material.
Blast Explosive Production: Sodium nitrate is a cheaper alternative to potassium nitrate as an oxidant in producing explosives.
Wastewater Industries: It operates as a chemical stimulant for the growth of aerobic respiration microorganisms.
In Food Industries and Preservations: It is used as a preservation with the ability of preserving the color for a long time in meat and poultry and their productions.

– Maintenance:

Keep in dry and cool place, out of interaction with other chemical materials such as acids and corrosive substances.
Do not expose to sunlight and direct heat.
Consume up to two years after production.
