General Introduction of Diammonium Phosphate:
Ammonium phosphate is a branch of phosphate acidic salts which is shown by (NH4)2HPO4 formula and is produced as a chemical production.
It is a water-soluble salt and it is generally in the form of black or yellow granule or white needle-shaped crystal. In the result of high heat or low acidity due to decomposition it releases an ammonia smell

General Introduction of Diammonium Phosphate:
Ammonium phosphate is a branch of phosphate acidic salts which is shown by (NH4)2HPO4 formula and is produced as a chemical production.

– Usage:
- In Agricultural Industries: Diammonium phosphate is used as a fertilizer. When it is used as plant food, it increases the soil PH temporary, but over time, the surface treated by ammonium nitrogen becomes more acidic. This substance is not compatible with alkaline chemicals because its ammonium ion decomposes to ammonia gas in a high PH environment.
- In Coal Mineral-Chemical Processes: Diammonium phosphate can be used as a fire retardant in producing coal and reduces the temperature of material combustion, reduces the level of weight reduction and it increases the production of residue or coal.
- In Fireproofing Industries: It is used in fireproofing compounds due to reducing the ambient temperature in the time of consumption.
- In Malt and Yeast Industries: Diammonium phosphate is also used as yeast nutrient in malting and meat production.
- In Plating and Metal Industries: It is used as flux navigator for soldering tin, copper, zinc and brass.
- In Textile and Tanning Industries: It is used for controlling the sediment of colloidal dyes soluble in alkali and in acid on the wool.
– Maintenance:
Keep in dry and cool place, out of interaction with other chemical materials such as acids and corrosive substances.
